项目背景与建设历程Project Background & Construction
该养殖基地项目于2023年9月正式开工，历经18个月艰苦建设，总投资约2.3亿元，占地面积约320亩。项目选址湖北省荆门市沙洋县，地处江汉平原腹地，饲料原料来源充足，物流条件优越，是集团战略布局的重要节点。Construction began in September 2023 and was completed in 18 months at a total investment of approximately ¥230 million, covering roughly 320 mu. Located in Shayang County, Jingmen City — in the heart of the Jianghan Plain — the site benefits from abundant feed material supply and excellent logistics access, making it a key node in the Group's strategic network.
建设期间，集团克服了地质勘探复杂、工期紧张等多项挑战，在确保工程质量的前提下，提前两周完成主体建设，充分体现了晨科农牧卓越的项目管理能力。Despite complex geological conditions and a tight schedule, the project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule without compromising quality — a testament to Chenke's outstanding project management capability.
智能化、绿色化的现代养殖模式Intelligent & Green Modern Farming
本次新建基地全面采用国内领先的智能环境控制系统，实现猪舍温度、湿度、有害气体浓度的24小时精准调控，大幅降低应激反应对猪只健康的影响，提升饲料转化率与出栏整齐度。The base adopts industry-leading intelligent climate control systems for 24-hour precision management of temperature, humidity, and harmful gas levels within the barns, significantly reducing stress-related health impacts, improving feed conversion, and ensuring uniform batch finishing weights.

- 智能环控系统：Smart Climate Control: 基于物联网传感器实时采集数据，自动联动风机、水帘、供暖设备，确保最适生长环境。IoT sensors collect real-time data and automatically coordinate fans, cooling pads, and heaters to maintain optimal growth conditions.

对周边农户及地方经济的带动作用Impact on Local Farmers & Economy
项目投产后，预计直接带动周边300余户农户参与饲料原料种植供应，户均年增收超过1.2万元。同时，基地新增固定就业岗位约120个，带动间接就业约500人。Since opening, the base is expected to directly engage over 300 local farming households in feed grain supply, increasing average annual household income by more than ¥12,000. The project also creates approximately 120 permanent jobs and supports around 500 indirect employment opportunities.
集团总裁在投产仪式上表示："荆门基地的投产，是晨科农牧践行'稳产保供'使命的重要举措。未来三年，集团将持续加大在湖北省内的布局，力争将年出栏生猪规模提升至100万头以上。"At the inauguration ceremony, the Group President stated: "The Jingmen base launch is a critical step in Chenke's mission to ensure stable production and supply. Over the next three years, we will continue expanding within Hubei, targeting annual pig output of over one million head."
下一步规划Future Plans
集团计划在本基地稳定运营的基础上，于2026年启动配套屠宰及精深加工项目，构建从养殖到餐桌的本地化完整产业链，届时荆门园区将成为晨科农牧标志性的现代农牧产业综合体。Building on the stable operation of this base, the Group plans to launch an adjacent slaughter and deep-processing facility in 2026, creating a fully integrated local value chain from farm to table. The Jingmen complex will become Chenke's flagship modern agri-business park.
