从"输血"到"造血"的帮扶模式创新From "Relief" to "Capability Building"
"带农兴农"项目于2019年正式启动，创新推行"公司+合作社+农户"的联结机制，改变过去单向捐赠的传统帮扶模式，通过产业赋能帮助农户建立可持续的增收渠道。Launched in 2019, the program introduced the "Company + Cooperative + Farmer" linkage model, replacing one-way donation-based assistance with industry-driven capability building that creates sustainable income pathways for participating households.
经过六年发展，项目从湖北省内荆门、孝感两地试点，逐步扩展至湖北全省42个乡镇，形成了以生猪养殖、家禽养殖、饲料种植为主体的三大帮扶产业路径。Over six years, the program has expanded from pilot sites in Jingmen and Xiaogan to 42 townships across Hubei Province, building three core industry pathways: swine farming, poultry farming, and feed crop cultivation.
三大帮扶路径，精准对接农户需求Three Targeted Empowerment Pathways
路径一：寄养代管，降低养殖门槛Pathway 1: Contract Farming — Lowering the Entry Barrier
集团为参与农户提供统一种猪/种禽、统一饲料供应、统一防疫指导、统一保底收购的"四统一"服务，农户只需提供养殖场地与劳动力，极大降低了资金门槛与技术风险。目前已有5,800余户农户通过此路径稳定增收。The Group provides participating farmers with unified breeding stock, feed supply, veterinary guidance, and guaranteed purchase prices — farmers only need to supply land and labor. This dramatically lowers capital and technical risk. Over 5,800 households have achieved stable income growth through this pathway.
路径二：原料种植，拓宽增收渠道Pathway 2: Feed Crop Cultivation — Broadening Income Sources
集团优先采购周边农户种植的玉米、大豆、高粱等饲料原料，签订保价收购协议，保障农户种植收益不受市场波动影响。2024年度，集团饲料原料本地采购总量超过18万吨，直接惠及农户约3,200户。The Group gives purchasing priority to corn, soybeans, and sorghum grown by nearby farmers under guaranteed-price contracts, shielding farmers from market volatility. In 2024, local procurement exceeded 180,000 tonnes, directly benefiting approximately 3,200 households.
路径三：技术培训，打造新型职业农民Pathway 3: Technical Training — Building New-Generation Farmers
集团每年组织不少于4期免费养殖技术培训，累计培训农民超过2万人次，涵盖畜禽养殖、兽药合理使用、疫病防控等实用技能，有效提升农户自主发展能力。The Group hosts at least four free technical training sessions annually, having trained over 20,000 person-times cumulatively in livestock farming, responsible veterinary drug use, and disease prevention — building genuine self-sufficiency in participating communities.
